You could make it easy by grinding levels to get several very high level friends, but you could also do that with the Route Old Castle dungeon that is permanent. So even putting a bunch of extra effort into clearing it won't make the real content obsolete once it arrives. It's also notable that the top tier, endgame stuff isn't available at all in the early access dungeon. It's basically a preview of future content that the developer could create with minimal effort. ![]() It really doesn't have a storyline beyond "here's something to do while waiting for more content", nor does it have the sort of special mechanics that the other dungeons will. Instead of switching to a new zone every three floors or so, it's only every ten. The early access dungeon is also of lower quality than the real dungeons. Even if you want a challenge, the launch version of the game will have endgame dungeons with better monsters in them (and likely better gear) and that allow the difficulty to scale much farther up, so that's what you'd prefer instead. So once the game launches, even if you could play the early access dungeon, it would be kind of dumb to do so. So the developer put those monsters and items and terrains into the Route Illusory Ruins early access dungeon with the difficulty scaled up to give players who have cleared the real content something to do while waiting for the rest of the content.Īll of those monsters and items will be available in the real content by the time the game launches, and more easily obtainable in the real content, too. items, and terrains are ready to go, but the dungeons that they're going to be placed into aren't. ![]() The early access dungeon will be superfluous once the game launches.
